Trump should crack down on Bangladesh...?

Indian-Americans are working towards approaching the new trump administration and congress next year to demand economic sanctions against the bangladesh government. An influential leader of the Indian-American community gave this information. Encouraged by the recent statement of newly elected President donald trump on bangladesh, Indian-American physician Dr. Bharat Barai expressed confidence that trump will take action against the South Asian nation bangladesh for the oppression of Hindu minorities after taking oath as the 47th President of America.

Indian-American physician Dr. Bharat Barai said in an interview to PTI that trump has made a bold statement about Bangladeshi Hindus and the desecration of Hindu temples. He said, "Trump is a courageous person who can consider imposing economic sanctions if the situation does not improve." Participating in the annual diwali celebrations in Washington, Barai said that community members are working on negotiating with the new administration and congress to take action against the Bangladeshi government, including possible economic sanctions.

Demand to ban export of clothes

Dr. Bharat Barai alleged that the caretaker government of bangladesh led by Mohammad Yunus is just a puppet controlled by the army. He said, "In fact, the army is running the country." He asked, "If their export of clothes, which is 80 percent of their business, is cut, then what will the people of bangladesh eat?" Barai expressed hope that such pressure will lead to steps to stop atrocities on Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh. Trump had condemned the attack on Hindus in bangladesh in a statement before the general elections held on november 5.
