SP will approach the court for re-election on this seat of UP
bjp has taken a huge lead on the Kundarki seat of Moradabad, after which the victory of bjp on this seat is considered certain. But this lead of bjp is irritating the Samajwadi party, after which now SP has decided to take legal opinion regarding this seat. It is believed that SP can challenge it in the court on the basis of all the evidence and videos of the voting day. And can appeal for re-election on this seat.
Samajwadi party alleges that this election has been fought by the police, the government has fought it, if the public was stopped from voting. If voting had been done here in a fair manner, then we would have won the election in a good way. SP said that the people of bjp want to change the slogan of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas. Our people were not allowed to vote in Kundarki. There were reports of ruckus on this seat during voting as well. SP candidate Haji Ridwan himself reached to remove the police barricading.
SP will take legal advice on Kundarki
SP alleged that even in Sisamau, the government harassed our voters and did not let them vote, but still we won with the blessings of the people. After which now SP has decided to challenge the results of Kundarki by-election in the court. The party says that it is now taking legal opinion in this regard, only after which it will take any further decision. SP said that we wanted to contest 22 to 25 seats in Maharashtra, but we could not reach an agreement with the india Alliance. We contested 7 seats and are moving towards winning two seats, but the alliance will think once about where the shortcomings remained and how to improve them. bjp UP Minority Front President Kunwar Basit Ali's reaction has also come out regarding the Kundarki seat.
