A single bench of Justice AS Killor said on thursday that chetan Patil is not involved in the case as he was not appointed as the structural designer of the statue. chetan Patil had only submitted the structural stability report of the base of the statue, which was still intact after the statue fell. The court will hear the bail plea of another accused Jaydeep Apte, who was a sculptor and contractor, on november 25.
