A big disclosure has been made in the Employment Outlook survey of ManpowerGroup. 40 percent of the giants of the corporate world who participated in the survey have talked about increasing the number of employees in their companies in the next three months i.e. from january to March. During this period, the employment scenario in india is expected to be the strongest globally. Overall, the youth will get a lot of opportunities from january to March.

More than 3,000 companies from different sectors of the country were included in this survey. According to the report of this survey released on Tuesday, 53 percent of the companies plan to increase the number of employees, while only 13 percent of the employers were those who feared reducing the number of employees in the first quarter of 2025. At the same time, 31 percent of the companies are not expecting any change. Inflation is also expected to be potentially low in the country this year, which will make consumers spend more and lead to economic development of the country. Not only this, agricultural production is also expected to improve due to favorable monsoon conditions next year.

Sandeep Gulati, Managing Director, india and West Asia, ManpowerGroup, said, india is one of the fastest growing large economies in the world and its position as a global leader in the first quarter employment outlook of the year 2025 reflects the confidence of employers in the economic progress of the country. india is expected to generate the highest number of jobs at 40 percent. After this, America with 34 percent and mexico with 32 percent are second and third respectively. In terms of employment scenario, the worst forecast was for argentina at -1 percent. While the global average was estimated at 25 percent.
