As per report police has reached Jaunpur to investigate the suicide case of Atul Subhash in Karnataka's capital Bengaluru. Earlier, mother and son from Nikita Singhania's family have reached Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. It is claimed that they can file a petition in allahabad High court and demand anticipatory bail to avoid arrest. However, this intention has not been officially confirmed yet. On wednesday night around 11:30, Nikita's mother and her brother Anurag Singhania fled from the house. Both escaped from the Bengaluru police team.

Along with her, her son Anurag Singhania also secretly left the house. During this time, even when asked, nisha Singhania did not say anything on camera. She just sat on the bike and left. Amidst all this, the family of engineer Atul Subhash has demanded justice for him and strict action against those who harassed him. police said that Atul Subhash, who worked in a private company in Bengaluru, had left a 24-page suicide note in which he has given a detailed account of long-term tension in his marital life, several cases registered against him and harassment by his wife, his in-laws and a judge of Uttar Pradesh.

Moreover Subhash's brother Vikas said, 'I want my brother to get justice. I want a legal process in this country through which men can also get justice. I want strict action against those who are sitting in legal positions and are doing corruption, because if this continues then how will people be able to expect justice.
