Agra Builder Shailendra Agarwal owes 26 crores to RERA
Reportedly major action has been taken on agra builder Shailendra Agarwal. Builder Shailendra Agarwal has been detained by the revenue team of Sadar Tehsil. Shailendra Agarwal had a pending due of Rs 26 crore with RERA, for which RERA sent notices several times, but builder Shailendra Agarwal did not respond to the notices and neither did he deposit the pending amount. After which RERA corresponded with the revenue department team of Sadar Tehsil for recovery and action.
Perhaps according to the information, the tehsil team also tried to contact builder Shailendra Agarwal, but no response was received, after which the revenue team detained Shailendra Agarwal and sent him to jail. There were 40 RCs of RERA department against Nikhil Homes Associates director Shailendra Agarwal, whose pending dues were about Rs 26 crore. For this recovery, the tehsil team has detained Shailendra Agarwal and sent him to jail for 14 days. The builder's property is on auction but the auction has not been done yet. The revenue team of the tehsil has taken action under the leadership of SDM Sachin Rajput of Sadar Tehsil.
Moreover director of Nikhil Homes Shailendra Agarwal owed 26 crores to the RERA department. Regarding which notices were given several times but no reply was given by builder Shailendra Agarwal. After which the RERA department corresponded with Sadar Tehsil and wrote a letter for action, on which action was taken against the builder under the leadership of Sadar SDM. Builder Shailendra Agarwal has been arrested and sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Sadar Tehsil SDM Sachin Rajput said that there are 40 RCs of RERA department, which were pending on the director of Nikhil Homes. In this, RERA department owed about 26 crores rupees to builder Nikhil Agarwal. He was given notice several times and no reply was given by him to the notice. After this, the tehsil team took action and sent the arrested to jail. Many properties of builder Shailendra Agarwal are up for auction but no auction has been held yet. Recovery proceedings will continue in the future as well.
