A case will be registered on the court's order against 16 people including Badaun bjp mla for sexual harassment and land grabbing worth crores. The victim had pleaded for justice in the court of ACJM-2. The court has ordered the police to register a case and investigate. At the same time, bjp mla Harish Shakya has broken his silence on the allegations against him, the bjp mla said in a press conference that a political conspiracy is being hatched against him.

In fact, a person named Lalit has accused a total of 16 people including bjp mla Harish Shakya from Bilsi assembly constituency and his two brothers that the mla and his associates harassed him to grab his land. The rate of land was fixed at Rs 80 lakh per bigha with the MLA. We talked about a total of 17 bighas of land, but they were forcibly trying to get the land agreement done. When I refused, they called my wife to their house and raped her and threatened that they will file a fake case against me and send her to jail.

The victim gave an application to the court to this effect, on which Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II issued an order and ordered Civil Line police station to register a case under relevant sections and investigate and inform the court about the proceedings within ten days. The victim's mother said that the mla has made our lives miserable as he did not get the property. These people have been after us for the last two years. The mla has ruined us in every way. He has ruined our dignity and our property in every way.

'Conspiracy being hatched against me'

On the whole issue, Bilsi mla Harish Shakya says that a political conspiracy is being hatched against him. Earlier, the person who has given the application has done about 60 deeds by going to the registry. If I was under any kind of pressure, then how could he go to the registry again and again and do the deeds? This whole matter is to tarnish my political image. He said that after the allegations of sexual exploitation made by the victim, there is no mention of this incident in the application given.
