Amid Ajmer Sharif Dargah controversy, Uddhav sends chaadar
The 813th Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti of Ajmer dargah sharif is going to start soon. Earlier, former maharashtra Chief minister and shiv sena UBT chief uddhav thackeray presented the chaadar on tuesday (24 December). This chaadar was handed over to Khadim Syed Jishan Chishti. The chaadar was sent from uddhav Thackeray's home Matoshree to Ajmer Sharif to be offered on the occasion of the 813th Urs of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Dargah. On this occasion, shiv sena UBT leader Vinayak Raut, shiv sena deputy leader Nitin Nandgaonkar, Muzaffar Pawaskar, Kamlesh Navle, Nauman Pawaskar and sub-branch chief Ganesh Mane were also present.

Actually, uddhav thackeray has sent this chaadar at a time when the matter is in court regarding the claim of a shiva temple under Ajmer Dargah. In such a situation, the opposition can make an issue of thackeray sending a chaadar for the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. bjp can make it an issue before the BMC elections.
Next hearing on january 24
Let us tell you that the second hearing was held in the civil court on friday (December 20) regarding the claim of a temple in Ajmer Dargah of Rajasthan. After hearing the arguments of the lawyers of the petitioner and other parties, the court has given the next date of decision as january 24.
Ajmer Civil court had sent notice to the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Dargah Committee Ajmer and Archaeological survey of india (ASI). Five more people/institutions applied in the court to make themselves a party. Along with this, Dargah Committee lawyer Ashok Mathur applied to dismiss the petition. At the same time, the lawyers of vishnu Gupta and Anjuman Committee presented their respective sides. Nasiruddin Chishti, son of the Dargah Diwan, also reached the court. He said that we are descendants of Khwaja Saheb. We should also have been made a party. We presented our side in the court and applied to be made a party. At the same time, vishnu Gupta, who claims that there is a temple in Ajmer Dargah, said that there was a debate in the court regarding the Worship Act, in which our lawyer Varun Kumar Sinha said that the Dargah does not come under the Worship Act.
