Reportedly the war of words continues between the ruling and opposition parties regarding the assembly elections to be held in delhi next year. Meanwhile, bjp mp manoj tiwari has claimed that the people of delhi are dissatisfied with the rule of aam aadmi party (AAP) and they will vote for bjp in the upcoming assembly elections. Tiwari said that the AAP government has failed to solve the problems of Delhiites and is responsible for the plight of the capital. He alleged, "Every person in delhi is upset with the rule of AAP and issues like polluted water, poisonous air, condition of Yamuna, pending pension for senior citizens, false promises and crumbling ration card system. In the last 10 years, 21,000 people have died due to polluted water in the city. Instead of solving the issues, kejriwal has pushed delhi into debt. people are now evaluating his government instead of trusting his new promises.''

By criticising arvind kejriwal, the bjp mp said, ''He has failed to solve basic issues like providing clean drinking water to the people. Even after ruling for 10 years, he talks about providing clean water. Delhiites cannot be misled now.'' manoj tiwari also targeted kejriwal on the issue of illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants. He said, ''Kejriwal helped illegal immigrants become voters. This is why people wonder how AAP won despite public discontent. Announcing the names of candidates for elections early is not a guarantee of victory.''

Moreover he said, ''AAP has exposed its flaws by announcing its candidates early, sidelining its sitting MLAs and showing lack of confidence in them. Instead, it has given tickets to many outsiders.'' AAP released its first list of 11 candidates for the delhi elections on november 21, in which the names of three sitting MLAs were dropped and six leaders from bjp, congress have been fielded.
