Currently there is great news for the people of Delhi. chief minister Atishi along with assembly Speaker Ramniwas Goyal on wednesday (25 December) inaugurated the six-lane flyover connecting Apsara Border to anand vihar in the eastern part of the city. During this, the cm said that about 1.5 lakh people will benefit from this every day. people will get relief from traffic jams. cm Atishi said, "Many congratulations and congratulations for the inauguration of the flyover of anand Vihar. I am very happy today to inaugurate this flyover and dedicate it to the public because for the last two years when this flyover was being built, I came here with the PWD team, saw it at different stages and today when this magnificent 2.25 km long flyover has been built on the corner of east delhi, I want to congratulate all the people of delhi for this.''
Perhaps the chief minister further said, ''This flyover which goes from anand vihar to Apsara Border. Anyone who comes and goes in east delhi, anyone who lives in North-East delhi, knows that reaching Apsara Border from anand vihar is no less than Mahabharata. There were three red lights, there used to be a jam at every red light. If someone you know is coming from this road and he tells you that we have reached anand vihar flyover, then you think that it will take them one more hour to reach. This is what used to happen, right?
Moreover cm Atishi said that this road was known for its traffic jams and I am happy that the delhi government, the aam aadmi party government, under the guidance of arvind kejriwal ji, has given a great relief to the people living in entire east delhi and North-East delhi by building a two-and-a-quarter kilometer flyover. It has given relief from the daily traffic jams.
