🔥 The supreme court Just Slammed the Brakes on Insensitive Comedy! 🔥

India’s highest court has spoken loud and clear—mocking disabilities is NOT comedy, it’s cruelty.

Justice Suryakant’s fiery words cut through the noise:
👉 “This is not freedom of speech. You cannot hurt the sentiment of others.”
👉 “Your apology in court is not enough. Post it on social media where you mocked people in the first place!”

This isn’t about silencing comedians. It’s about drawing a bold line between humour and humiliation.

⚡ Or how Tanmay Bhat’s Snapchat filter video mocking lata mangeshkar and sachin tendulkar caused nationwide outrage?

And now, the supreme court is asking the Centre to frame guidelines for social media influencers and comedians.
