In the 131st episode of Mann Ki Baat on february 22, prime minister Narendra Modi highlighted India’s growing global influence in technology and sports.


He emphadata-sized that india showcased its innovation strength at the recently held AI Summit, calling it the largest event of its kind.


The prime minister proudly noted that india launched three Made-in-India AI models, demonstrating the country’s rapid advancement in Artificial Intelligence.

PM Modi said global leaders were highly impressed by two specific AI-driven innovations.


The first was showcased at Amul’s booth, where AI tools are helping farmers monitor dairy and livestock round-the-clock.

The second innovation focused on preserving India’s ancient cultural heritage.


AI is being used to digitize and protect ancient manuscripts, scriptures, and traditional knowledge.


World leaders appreciated how india is blending modern technology with centuries-old wisdom to make it accessible to younger generations.



Focus on the t20 world cup 2026


Referring to the upcoming ICC Men's T20 world cup, PM Modi spoke about the increasing presence of players of indian origin in international teams.


He mentioned that several players in the USA team have roots in indian domestic cricket.


USA captain Monank patel previously played for Gujarat’s Under-16 and Under-18 teams.


Players like Saurabh (Mumbai), Harmeet Singh, and Milind Kumar (Delhi) are strengthening the US squad.


Oman’s team also features cricketers who have played in indian state circuits.


He added that athletes of indian origin are contributing to teams from New Zealand, theUAE, and Italy as well.

PM Modi said sports are not just about victory or defeat but about building connections between cultures and nations.


He praised players of indian origin who represent other countries yet remain inspired by indian values and traditions.
