BREAKING :: Delhi High Court grants Sasikala Pushpa anticipatory bail
MP Sasikala Pushpa who is from ADMK party stood against ADMK Chief and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha. During Parliament session, she openly said that she was slapped by Jayalalitha and she also said her life is under threat.
Immediately she was sacked from the party and yesterday a case was lodged against her. Two young girls Banumathi and Jansi Rani lodged Sexual abuse complaint against Sasikala Pushpa.
This created new troubles for her. Immediately she requested for anticipatory bail and the case came to hearing today. The hearing came before Judge Muktha Gupta. Lawyers who spoke in favour of Tamil Nadu Government requested the judges not to give anticipatory bail.
But Judges condemned them and they issued anticipatory bail. Further more hearing will be done tomorrow. However court also issued notice to Tamil Nadu Government and asked them not to take any action against Ms.Sasikala Pushpa until a clear picture is obtained.
This case is taking new turns each day. We need to wait a while to know what step does Sasikala take next after she got her bail. In case, she doesn't get it, she might be thrown behind bars. Watch out this space for more updates.
