India has carried out another surgical strike across the LoC earlier today. According to reports, Indian Air Force's Mirage 2000 dropped 1000 Kg bombs and destroyed a major terrorist camp. This happened in the early morning at 3.30 am.
12 Mirage 2000 jets took part in this operation and the terrorist camps were completely destroyed. Pakistan claimed that the Indian Air Force has violated the LoC. The spokesperson of Pakistan Armed Forces, Asif Ghafoor tweeted, "Indian Air Force violated Line of Control.
Pakistan Air Force immediately scrambled. Indian aircraft went back." He also added that there are no casualties or damage. It should be recalled that Indian PM Narendra Modi announced that the armed forces were given 'Freehand' after the Pulwama attack. Pakistan is now shifting terrorist leaders including Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar after India demanding strong action against them following the Pulwama attack. Indian aircrafts intruded from Muzafarabad sector. Facing timely and effective response from Pakistan Air Force released payload in haste while escaping which fell near Balakot.
