The recent polls held in May 2014 witnessed a unique combination in Andhra Pradesh with former CM Chandrababu Naidu and TDP’s bête noire through PRP in 2009, Pawan Kalyan sharing stage during rallies.
In fact their massive rallies along with PM Modi turned the tide even as the Kapu-Kamma vote significantly turned in the favor of TDP-BJP alliance with Pawan Kalyan factor consolidating the vote bank of Kapus in crucial Godavari districts.
Off late, there have been rumors that Pawan is not happy with the TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu’s style of functioning and that there have been differences between them due to BJP’s meddling.
But today, for the first time after election campaign, Chandrababu and Pawan were seated together in a joint press conference where they praised each other’s efforts towards Vizag cyclone relief which only led to YSRCP leaders fuming that they both are going still strong!
