How well can Chiru play his cards?
Power and Mega Star are inseparable and for that reason many are wondering which party will Chiranjeevi join? This speculation is continuing for quite some time but Chiru is undecided. Joining a new party ditching the current Congress which was routed not only in both the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh but also across the country is as difficult as selecting powerful script for his milestone 150th film.
Chirajneevi is power hungry is proven when he couldn't run his Praja Rajyam after the election loss. He waited for plump offers from YS.Rajasekhar Reddy as a part of his akarsh scheme but when nothing of this sorts happened, he contacted Congress high Command and Sonia Gandhi and merged his party to become Union inister.
However his power dreams got crashing with in a year as Congress was routed in the general elections. Now with no revival in sight, Chiru is considering various options. His main aim is to gain power not at the centre but at the state. With the division of Andhra Pradesh, his options increased. He has Chandra Babu's TDP, Modi's BJP and KCR's TRS which are ruling the states.
But with his brother Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Janasena close to BJP and TDP, he may not prefer both the parties. He will never prefer TDP since Chandra Babu will never allow any power centres to grow and as such he didnot give even Balakrishna key post though he won the elections. That left him with KCR's TRS. This may suit him as he would like to show his power in Hyderabad. Though TRS is also a family party, he will surely get minister post if everything goes well.All depends on how Chiru plays his cards. Can Chiru play his cards well is the million dollar question.
