NEW SCAM: Chandrababu's Land Charity to his NTR Trust!
On one side, Chandrababu Naidu forcibly taking land from reluctant farmers through various means like land pooling and land acquisition. Many experts are questioning about why government is collecting such huge land parcels. Here is the answer. Chandrababu Naidu government recently leased lands to the Chief Minister's NTR Trust in Kakinada and Srikakulam.
The government had given 2000 square yards of ZP land for the trust on lease for the period of 99 years. The government on the name of charity is collecting just 25000 per month as rent. This lease is for 99 years when the rules say government can not give lease for more than 30 years.
At the same time, the trust was given 1.79 acres of gurukul school lands in Srikakulam. This is also for 99 years lease. Seeing how the TDP government is floating rules for themselves, we can assume Chandrababu Naidu seem to be collecting lands for his own good!
