chidambaram has issued 144 restraining orders against political parties and social groups protesting the Natarajar
temple in Chidambaram.
ravi, a Revenue Commissioner and Sub-Divisional Administrative Arbitrator in
chidambaram, has given an order. "Various political parties and protest groups have staged a series of rallies over the prohibition of public access to the Sami darshan at the Sri Speaker's
temple in
chidambaram, Cuddalore district," it stated.
Various
court orders and ordinances have been seriously studied in this context, and the subject has been brought to the attention of the
tamil Nadu State Government, which is consulting with legal experts at various levels before making a final decision. This was clearly stated in the verdict which was revealed and due to this 144 section all the things have been barred around.
Therefore, in anticipation of the government's decision, political parties, devotional councils and various other protest groups are barred from holding any protests, demonstrations or gatherings for a period of one month until the end of the government, according to Article 144 of the
indian Penal Code. It will come into effect immediately from today (March 24), ”the order said.
