Police Case On P.T.Usha: A police case has been registered against P.T. Usha. Former athlete Gemma Joseph has lodged a complaint with the police against usha in connection with a plot. The Vellayil police had filed a case against the olympian P.T. usha and six others. The case was filed under suspect realty fraud. The accused person who was associated with the private building company had delayed in meeting the demands of the land. Going into details the Former athlete Gemma Joseph bought a 1,012 sq ft flat in kozhikode, kerala from a builder with a guarantee from P.T. Usha. Joseph paid a total of Rs. 46 lakhs to the builder.
However, usha told the builder several times about the delay in the registration of the plot. Along with the builder, P.T. usha lodged a complaint with the kozhikode police against her for not responding properly to the affair. Gemma Joseph, along with the builder, filed a case under 420 against P.T. usha and launched an investigation into the complaint.

Usha did not comment on the case registered against her. The complaint made was also reached the kerala Real Estate Authority seeking the given amounts.
