Defamation case against Dhoni..!? delhi high court orders..!?

The delhi high court has ordered to inform dhoni that a defamation case has been filed against former indian cricket team captain Dhoni. Former cricketers Diwakar and dhoni were planning to start a cricket academy in Dhoni's name across the country. Accordingly, a multi-sport training center was opened in Dhoni's name.
Dhoni filed a criminal case against Diwakar and Das in 2017, claiming that there was a violation of this agreement. dhoni continued to claim that even though he withdrew from the contract to start a cricket academy in his name, the cricket academy was being started in his name and he was suffering a loss of 15 crore rupees due to this. On january 6, Dhoni's lawyer Dayanand Sharma made several accusations against Diwakar and Das in connection with this case. In this situation, a case has been filed in the delhi high court on behalf of Diwakar. In it, dhoni was behaving in a way that tarnished his name, and as a result, he sought the high court to sue dhoni for damages.
The case related to this came up for hearing before Justice pradeep Singh. At that time, the judge had ordered the court registrar to inform dhoni by email or by phone that a case for damages had been filed against Dhoni. Diwakar's side also insisted that Dhoni's party was making false complaints against them and dhoni should be banned from talking about them. The allegations made by Dhoni's lawyer about them are in the media and it has been requested by Diwakar to order google and other social media companies to remove it immediately. Following this, the case has been adjourned for hearing on january 29.
