Jasprit Bumrah's Long wait continues as he is ruled of Tests against South Africa

jasprit bumrah who suffers from lower back fracture has been ruled out of the entire Test series against south AFRICA">south africa. Pace bowler umesh yadav has replaced him. As per reports, Bumrah was keen to play a test in india and despite he claimed 50+ wickets in his Test career, he hasn't played a single test so far in Home soil.



But unfortunately, the long wait continues for Bumrah as he will be missed against south AFRICA">south africa in Test matches. This news also comes as a setback for india as Bumrah has been exceptional during West Indies tour where he picked 13 wickets in 2 tests which included a hat-trick.


umesh yadav has played 41 Test matches for india and picked 119 wickets at an average of 33.47. He also holds a decent economy of 3.58 in Test cricket and has two five-wicket haul to his name. The first test will be played at Vishakapatnam and the other two tests will be played in Pune and Ranchi.
