Shruti Haasan who had an idle time for a long while is now back into the game and currently, she is working along with Vidyut jammwal for a hindi movie. The actress is also looking to sign new projects in telugu and tamil film industry.
The actress is now shooting for her tamil movie 'Laabam' and the movie is paused due to the Corona pandemic situation. vijay sethupathi does the male lead role. Now, the director of the movie SP Jananathan revealed that the shooting of the movie is 70% completed.
The director also confirmed that the makers are planning to have a theatrical release and not an OTT release. The shooting will resume once the pandemic subsides completely and is under control as most of the shooting should happen in Chennai.
