ola returns 1441 scooters..!?E-Scooters burning Suddenly..!?

As interest in electric vehicles has been on the rise in India, electric vehicles have been on fire for the past few months. This has caused a great deal of confusion among electric vehicle enthusiasts. In Pune, Maharashtra, an ola e-scooter caught fire and crashed. Meanwhile, ola has announced the recall of 1441 electric scooters across the country.
Companies involved should take action to recall all defective electric vehicles, especially amid incidents of ola bikes' electric motorcycles suddenly catching fire. The federal government has been instructed to formulate quality guidelines and set up a panel of experts. It is in this context that ola has announced the recall of 1441 electric scooters. In the announcement, 1441 scooters will be subjected to intensive testing as a precautionary measure. It has been reported that studies such as the battery system and the thermal system will be carried out.
We have already done the AIS 156 test for batteries following the government guidelines. It has been announced that quality inspections will be carried out following ECE 136, the current european standard. It is worth noting, however, that not only ola, but Okinawa auto Tech has recalled 3,000 vehicles and the Pure EV 2000.
Lithium-ion batteries may be defective in production. Damage to the exterior of those batteries, in particular, reduced battery performance, may be due to several factors such as any problem with the software.
