Sundar Pichai &
salman khan twitter data theft..!?
While Elon Musk has been facing many problems since the day he took
office as the CEO of
twitter,
twitter is currently facing an unprecedented data leak. Hudson Rock, Israel's cyber intelligence agency, has reported that a hacker stole the information of 40 million
twitter users and sold it on the dark web. Out of these 40 crore users, the data of high-profile and famous users like
google CEO Sundar Pichai, India's Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and
bollywood actor
salman khan have been stolen and are currently being put up for sale.
Personal data of 40 million
twitter users, such as email, usernames, followers, and
phone numbers, has been put up for sale on the dark web, according to a Hudson Rock report. A few months ago,
twitter, which is controlled by Elon Musk, suffered a data breach involving more than 5.4 million users. The data breach is being investigated by Ireland's Data Protection Authority. The hacker who stole the data is said to have made an offer to
twitter CEO Elon Musk. This hacker claimed that the data of more than 400 million users has been stolen through a technical glitch in the dark web website Hockers Twitter.
Plus
twitter or Elon Musk, if you're reading this post, you're at risk of GDPR fines for leaking the data of over 54 million users. Now you are fined for data leakage of 400 million users. In this case, you will have to pay the amount received as a penalty if the data theft is confirmed. To get away with this, the hacker made an offer to buy the data of these 40 million
people outright to avoid paying $2.76 million in fines like
facebook did for CDPR violations.

twitter data now at risk are some of the important user accounts, below:
