Stuffed Bindi Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10-15 bhindis
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds (powdered)
  • 1 tsp amchur
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste


Method:

  • Wash and pat-dry bhindi. Remove the stalk. Slit them lengthwise.
  • Mix all the spices except the ajwain.
  • Stuff the bhindi with the spice mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add ajwain. Fry till they crackle.
  • Add the stuffed bhindi. Cook covered till done.
  • Remoce cover and cook till the moisture evaporates.
  • Serve hot with rotis.
