How to make Noodle Wrap - Cooked instant noodles mixed with corn and served in lettuce cups

Ingredients for Noodle Wrap Recipe

  • Instant Noodles 1 packet

  • Iceberg Lettuce Leaves 4

  • Roasted peanuts 2 tablespoons

  • Corn niblets,boiled 2 tablespoons

  • Sweet chilli sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Moong sprouts 2 tablespoons

  • Method

    Step 1

    Crush instant noodles into a bowl. Heat water in a non stick pan, add noodles. Add the masala that is included in the noodle packet and cook till done and dry.

    Step 2

    Crush peanuts. When the noodles are done transfer into a bowl and cool. Add corn niblets, sweet chilli sauce and mix. Add peanuts and mix.Trim the lettuce leaves to resemble a cup.

    Step 3

    While serving place the lettuce leaves in a serving plate, put the noodles in a serving bowl. Put some of the noodle mixture in lettuce cup, sprinkle moong sprouts on top and serve.
