Every year on october 11th, international Girl Child Day is commemorated. Many of the #DayoftheGirl hashtags on social media sites honour women's achievements and rights in numerous professions. Although there are numerous barriers to women's advancement, sexual harassment is the most common form of violence against women.

As a result, we must increasingly consider how we will deal with unrecorded sexual harassment. In India, we have not achieved significant progress in terms of women's empowerment and equal rights.
