Srimathi, a Plus 2 student from Cuddalore, who was studying at shakti Matriculation Higher Secondary school in Kaniyamur, Kallakurichi district, died mysteriously on june 12. But it was done by the school that the student committed suicide by jumping from the 3rd floor of the school. But the student's parents were protesting against buying the body saying that they were suspicious of her death.
The parents bought the body of Srimathi. The body of the student Srimathi, who was kept in the Kallakurichi government Hospital, was brought to her native Periya Nesalur by ambulance. A funeral procession was held from the student's house to the graveyard. The body of the student was taken to the cemetery in a vehicle. A large number of parents, relatives, and townspeople went in front and behind the vehicle.
First, the student's body was to be cremated. Suddenly that decision was reversed and the burial was carried out. Because if there is a problem with the results of the post-mortem, it is said that they decided to bury it on the side of the relatives so that they can be re-examined.
After the funeral procession, the body of the student was brought to the cemetery. A large number of local people had gathered at the cremation site. The student's father shed tears and performed the last rites. Later, a 2-minute silence was observed for the soul of the student.
After this, the body of the student was cremated. Before burial, Srimathi was buried with Zoology and a Botany book on her body.
