He lived by begging, and died a 'lakhpati'

He begged for money, worked as a sweeper, and was wealthy when he passed away. In the early hours of Sunday, Dheeraj, a safai karamchari in a hospital, passed away from tuberculosis. His mother, who is 80 years old, is still alive. In the same hospital, Dheeraj's father worked as a safai karamchari as well, and after his passing, Dheeraj was given the position. For some odd reason, neither the father nor the son had ever taken money out of their salary accounts.

"Never once did Dheeraj take money out of his account. He and his mother subsisted off of the latter's pension, and he would ask acquaintances, coworkers, and even strangers for money if he needed it. There are more than Rs. 70 lakhs in his account "explained a pal of the late person. Some officials asked Dheeraj about the money a few months earlier, and he satisfied them with his story. "He chose not to be married out of concern that she might go off with his money. Every year, he would even submit an income tax return "the friend added.

Do you recall the tale of Dheeraj, a sweeper who went approximately ten years without taking a paycheck withdrawal from his bank account? Sadly, the cleaner passed away from tuberculosis in the early hours of Sunday. What makes this tale noteworthy, though, is the discovery of more than Rs 70 lakh in his bank account after his passing! Notably, Dheeraj worked as a safai karamchari for the Chief Medical and health Officer (CMHO) at Prayagraj's leprosy division. In the same hospital, Dheeraj's father also worked as a sweeper; following his passing, Dheeraj was given the position.
