According to the latest information, Shah Rukh Khan and aryan Khan will record their statements against sameer Wankhede in the drug trafficking case. The cbi said the statements of Khan's family were crucial in unraveling the conspiracy.
The shocking news of aryan Khan's arrest in a drug racket case created a stir in the indian media. Later the NCB officials data-faced a huge setback. While aryan Khan was given a clean chit in the case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed an FIR against Narcotics Control Bureau in-charge sameer Wankhede in May this year. The Khan family was accused of bribery and extortion. The latest reports suggest that the cbi will summon Shah Rukh Khan - aryan Khan to record their statements in connection with the extortion case. In May this year, the cbi alleged that it had found evidence against the NCB officials. Superstar Shah Rukh also confirmed the summoning of his son in the case “We will soon record the statements of aryan Khan who was arrested by NCB. Accused kiran Gosavi-Shanville D'Souza demanded 25 crores from Shah Rukh Khan's family on Wankhede's orders. "Recording their statements will expose conspiracy angles," said an official.
Aryan, the heir to one of India's biggest superstars, Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested for possession of narcotics and was allegedly kept in custody for procuring drugs as an international dealer. Officer Wankhede in the related case is now facing extortion charges against the Khan family after Khan Jr. got bail in the case and cleared his name of all charges with a clean chit. This led to a cbi investigation against him.
According to the latest reports...CBI has also filed an FIR against former NCB Superintendent of police Vishwa Vijay Singh-Intelligence Officer ashish Ranjan-Gosavi-D'Souza in the extortion case. According to these reports, the cbi has already started its investigation against these officials with an inquiry report and they are currently awaiting court orders to conduct a more extensive and comprehensive investigation.
