Ban on wearing jeans - T-shirt...!?
As it is against the work culture, the government has ordered that the employees of the state education department should not wear casual clothes like jeans, t-shirts, etc. Today's young generation is very interested in wearing jeans and pants. Both men and women have an insatiable passion for jeans. No matter what the price, all never fail to buy it. It has become a symbol of civilization. But the bihar education Department has ordered a ban on this much-loved dress as it is considered not to preserve the dignity of the office.
Last April, the saran District collector issued a similar order, asking all government employees to adopt a formal dress code, barring jeans and T-shirts. Then the government asked the employees to dress up in the office. Employees are asked to wear simple, comfortable, and light-colored clothes at work. Currently, special instruction has been issued to the academic staff.
Earlier, last year, the government of assam had banned the wearing of Junus and leggings by government employees working in the assam government Secretariat. It was informed that traditional dress must be worn during duty hours and men will now have to wear shirts and pants while women can wear saree and salwar-kameez.
