Who is S Chandrasekhar, the man Elon Musk named his son after?
Who was Chandrasekhar?
The renowned theoretical physicist gained recognition for his research on the fundamental mechanisms that impact the composition and development of stars. During his career, professor chandrasekhar contributed to our current understanding of a wide range of physics issues, including radiative transmission, white dwarfs, stellar dynamics, quantum theory, and stellar structure.
Prof. S chandrasekhar was born into a Tamilian family in Lahore, pakistan under the british Raj. He finished his undergraduate studies at the university of madras and his master's and doctoral degrees at Trinity College, Cambridge.
To everyone's astonishment, the tesla CEO and artist Grimes welcomed a baby in May 2018; in 2020, they gave him the name "X AE A-XII."
X's parents were forced to modify his name since "Ά" and "12" were not allowed to be used as part of the english alphabet, therefore they had to change it from X Æ A-12. By now, the youngster is two years old.
In december 2021, the couple received a second child through surrogacy, whom they called "Exa Dark Siderael Musk." Afterwards, Exa was given the moniker "Y."
Details regarding the other kid remain unclear, but part of the name of one of the twins, which Musk discreetly greeted with Neuralink director of Operations Shivon Zilis, is now public knowledge.
Shivon, who is also Elon Musk's identical father, confirmed that the child's middle name is Chandrasekhar. "Haha, yes, that's true," Shivon remarked. Although we just call him Sekhar, the name was selected to recognise both the remarkable Subramanyan chandrasekhar and the ancestry of our children.
