Weather is going to change once again in Rajasthan. For this, the Meteorological Department has also issued a rain alert. A deep depression is formed over West bengal and Jharkhand. It is likely to move almost westward (WNW) in the next 24 hours and weaken and become a depression.
Due to its effect, there is a possibility of increase in rain activities with thunderstorms in eastern rajasthan on 18-19 September. On september 18, there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunderstorms in some places in Bharatpur, jaipur division. Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh and Dausa have been kept in yellow alert zone tomorrow. Rain may intensify here for two days.
Possibility of rain in these divisions
There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thundershowers at some places in Kota, udaipur divisions. The weather is likely to remain mainly dry in most parts of western rajasthan and light to moderate rain with thundershowers and lightning is likely at some places in Shekhawati region and bikaner division on 18-19 September. Yellow alert has been issued in Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, Dausa, Tonk and Jaipur.
Highest temperature and minimum temperature
The highest temperature in western rajasthan has been recorded at 38.2 degrees Celsius in Ganganagar. 36.2 degrees Celsius has been recorded in eastern Rajasthan. There is no major change in the weather in Ajmer, jaipur, Kota, udaipur, jodhpur and Bikaner.
