Bengaluru Woman Encounters Delivery Issue with iPhone 15 Order on Flipkart
A woman in Bengaluru ordered a 256 GB iphone 15 during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days Sale, choosing the Open Box Delivery (OBD) option for transparency. However, when the delivery person arrived, he refused to open the box before marking it as delivered. Instead, he tried to hand over a large parcel, prompting her sibling, who was recording the situation, to insist on inspecting the contents first.
The sibling noted that the delivery agent claimed he couldn’t provide an open box delivery and insisted they accept the package without checking it. The situation escalated when the sibling recorded the interaction, which seemed to intimidate the delivery agent. “He was scared because I recorded everything,” they remarked.
Shortly after, another delivery person arrived with a smaller package and offered to allow an open box inspection. The Reddit user, who shared the story under the username "taau_47," expressed relief that their recording had ensured they received the correct product, stating, “Otherwise, I am sure he would have given me some random package.”
