🚆 New Stoppage Announced for Garib Rath Express

The Ranchi–New delhi Garib Rath Express (Train Nos. 12877/12878) will now have an experimental stop at Mohammadganj railway station starting from January 23, 2026.

This new halt is expected to benefit passengers from Mohammadganj and neighbouring areas in Palamu district travelling to ranchi and New Delhi.

🚉 Sealdah–Saharsa Express (Hate Bazare / Other Service) Update

Along with the Garib Rath change, the Sealdah–Saharsa Express / Hate Bazare Express has also received new stoppages as part of the latest railway revisions that aim to improve connectivity for longer‑distance travellers in Eastern Railway regions.

📌 What This Means for Passengers

Local commuters near Mohammadganj will now find it easier to board the Garib Rath Express without needing to travel to larger junctions like Ranchi.

Trains serving Bihar–West Bengal–other eastern regions, like the Sealdah–Saharsa routes, are being adjusted to support better access for passengers across intermediate stations.
