Instagram now allows users to
collaboratively save posts in group collections, making it easier to organize content with friends or teammates. Here’s how you can create and share a collaborative collection:
1. Open instagram and Go to Saved Posts- Open the Instagram app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap the menu (≡) → Saved to view your saved posts.
2. Create a New Collection- Tap + (New Collection).
- Give your collection a name.
- Select Collaborative to allow others to add posts.
3. Invite Friends to Collaborate- Tap Invite and choose friends you want to collaborate with.
- Once they accept, they can add posts to the collection.
4. Add Posts to the Collection- While browsing instagram, tap the bookmark icon on posts.
- Select your collaborative collection to save them there.
- Collaborators can also add posts from their feed.
5. Share the Collection- Open the collaborative collection.
- Tap the Share icon to send it via Instagram DMs or external apps.
6. Manage the Collection- Only the collection creator can remove collaborators or rename the collection.
- All collaborators can add or view posts within the collection.
