- ₹25,000–₹1,00,000 on utilities,
- ₹50,000–₹75,000 on transportation, or
- ₹2,000+ on wallet loads —
✔ Balance reward/fee schemes with business sustainability.
✔ Standardise how certain categories are charged across card types.Tips to Avoid Unexpected Charges✅ Track your monthly category spend — especially on utility, transport, and wallet loads.
✅ Stay below your card’s threshold if you want to avoid 1% fees.
✅ review your credit card statement categories to spot how they are classified (Utility & service, Transportation, etc.).
✅ If you use wallets frequently, plan loads in smaller amounts (≤ ₹2,000) to avoid fees.
