2️⃣ Make the GravyIn the same pan, add butter and cumin seeds; let them splutter.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until aromatic.Add onion puree and cook until golden brown.Stir in tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 5–6 minutes until the oil separates.
3️⃣ Add Cream and MilkReduce flame and add fresh cream and milk.Mix well to get a smooth, creamy gravy.Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
4️⃣ Combine Paneer and SpicesAdd sautéed paneer cubes to the gravy.Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt.Cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes so paneer absorbs the flavors.
5️⃣ Garnish and ServeGarnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serve hot with
naan, roti, or steamed rice.
