SSC Stenographer Exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for recruitment to

4. Nationality CriteriaA candidate must be:
- An indian citizen, OR
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, OR
- A Tibetan refugee (before 1 Jan 1962), OR
- A person of indian origin migrated from specified countries with intent to settle in India
5. Skill RequirementApart from eligibility, candidates must qualify:
- Stenography Skill Test (Typing/Shorthand test)
- This is compulsory after the written exam (CBT)
6. Number of Attempts- There is no limit on attempts
- You can apply as many times as you want, as long as you meet age criteria
